    I haven’t woken up overheated or sweating once since I switched to this duvet insert. It’s plenty warm even for pnw winters, and paired with a linen duvet cover it’s wonderful for temperature regulation.

    This year, I want to improve and invest in my sleep quality. I was doing tons of research on the best type of duvet cover to invest in. I love Reddit and came across the benefits of silk duvet covers, and Thxsilk was mentioned.
