1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?
From the time you place your order to the day you receive your item/s, around 3-5 days for Expedited Shipping, approximately 7-14 days for Standard Shipping.

1.Free Standard Shipping on All Orders
Every order, regardless of value, qualifies for free standard shipping.
2.Free Express Shipping for Orders Over $199
- Orders over $199 or more will automatically receive free Expedited Shipping for faster delivery.

Orders under $199 can still upgrade to Expedited Shipping for a flat fee of $15.99 at checkout.
3.Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
3. TARIFF
We do not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. The duty is various depends on your country policy. For most of the situations, there is no duty for your orders.
4. SHIPPING COURIERS
We use safe international couriers like DHL, TNT, or EMS to send items to you. Singapore Post Limited may ship some items. We choose the most appropriate courier to deliver items according to the destination countries. Shipping couriers are acknowledged to be under our choice. If clients have unique requirements regarding shipping couriers, please contact us before placing your order.
