Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Other Selected Major Markets
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
Other International Destinations
- Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3–10 business days
Remote Areas
- Standard Shipping: 6–20 business days
Expedited shipping may not be available for certain remote locations. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on Orders $49+
Free standard shipping is available on orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of $49 USD or more.
The $49 free-shipping threshold is calculated after promotional discounts or discount codes have been applied. Shipping charges do not count toward the order subtotal used to determine free-shipping eligibility.
Standard Shipping for Orders Below $49
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below $49 USD are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.
The applicable shipping charge and available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Expedited Shipping Upgrade
Expedited shipping is available for eligible destinations for a flat fee of $39.99.
Availability of expedited shipping depends on the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout. Selecting expedited shipping does not change the $49 free standard shipping threshold.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
THXSILK covers all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees for eligible orders. No additional customs charges are typically required upon delivery.
In rare cases where customs authorities request additional documentation or impose unexpected charges beyond our control, our Customer Care Team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping partners, including FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other regional carriers, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
To ensure the most efficient delivery, we reserve the right to select the carrier used for shipment.
Address Changes
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
