Logistics and order inquiry

Why can’t I find my tracking number?
-
Why does it say my package is lost?
-
How can I check my tracking number and shipping status?
-
Why is my shipping taking so long?
Many customers may have trouble locating their tracking number. Common reasons include:
- Logging into your account to check the order is inconvenient;
- Forgetting to check the shipping confirmation email (which usually contains the tracking number);
- On the Order Tracking page, the tracking section is placed lower on the page and can be overlooked.
👉 What you can do:
- Check your email inbox and search for the “shipping confirmation” email;
- Log into your account and go to “My Orders” to see your tracking number;
- Visit our Order Tracking page, where you can also find the tracking number and tracking link at the bottom.
When you see a “lost package” status or haven’t received your order for a long time, don’t worry. The common reasons are:
- Your order may have been split into multiple shipments, so you may receive some packages first while others are still on the way;
- The shipping carrier has not updated the tracking information in time, causing the system to show incorrect status.
👉 What you can do:
- Check if you have already received part of your order — the remaining packages may still be in transit;
- Use the tracking page to enter all tracking numbers separately;
- If you’re still unsure, please contact our customer service team and we’ll verify the shipping status for you.
On our Order Tracking page, you can follow these steps:
- Find your tracking number: You can locate it in your shipping confirmation email or in the “My Orders” section of your account.
- Enter the tracking number: Input the number in the search box on the tracking page.
- View shipping details: The system will automatically show you the real-time shipping status.
📌 We recommend adding a simple diagram to the page that shows “where to find the tracking number” and “how to track your package,” so customers can understand the process at a glance.
Longer shipping times are usually caused by:
- Delays in the shipping carrier’s system updates;
- Packages being held during transit.
👉 What you can do:
- Refresh the tracking page regularly — sometimes updates appear later than expected;
- Contact our support team, and we can help you request an update from the carrier;
- To make up for delays, we occasionally provide special discount codes as an apology for the inconvenience.

How do I choose the right size for silk products?
-
How should I wash and care for silk products?
Yes, we do provide product exchanges. Please note:
- Some items have different prices depending on size, so if you exchange for a different size, a price difference may apply;
- Our customer service team will confirm any additional charges or refunds before processing the exchange.
Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered if the reason is not related to product quality. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee in cases such as size, preference, or other non-defect reasons.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
- If you return or exchange the main order, the free gift must also be returned together;
- In the case of a full order return, both the purchased items and the gift should be sent back.
In some regions, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the local authorities.
- If you are asked to pay customs fees, please keep the official payment receipt;
- We will reimburse the customs duties through a refund to your order once the receipt is provided;
- This ensures you can shop with confidence without worrying about extra charges.
Selecting the correct size for silk items is important for the best fit and comfort.
- Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page, which includes detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters;
- For silk bedding (such as duvet covers, sheets, or comforters), we recommend matching the size with your mattress or existing bedding;
- If you are unsure between two sizes, choosing the larger option usually provides a better fit.
👉 Our customer service team is always available to give personalized sizing advice before you place your order.
Proper care helps silk maintain its softness, sheen, and durability.
- We recommend hand washing or using a gentle cycle on your washing machine with cold water;
- Always use a mild detergent designed for silk or delicate fabrics;
- Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and strong alkaline cleaners, as they may damage the fibers;
- Hang dry or lay flat in the shade — do not tumble dry under high heat;
- For long-lasting shine, you may steam or iron on low heat with a cloth placed between the iron and the silk.
👉 Following these after-care instructions will help your silk products last longer while keeping their luxurious look and feel.

When to Contact Customer Service
- Explanation: Genuine silk is made from natural fibers, so slight variations in color tone or sheen may appear under different lighting.
- Solution: This is a normal characteristic of silk, not a quality defect. To minimize noticeable differences, avoid mixing products from different dye batches.
- Explanation: These are often natural silk cocoon residues that remain after weaving. They are harmless and do not affect the use or durability of the product.
- Solution: Such spots are considered natural features of real silk and not manufacturing flaws.
- Explanation: Silk fibers are fine and may wrinkle easily after washing or drying.
- Solution: Gently steam or iron the product on low heat with a protective cloth. The wrinkles will smooth out without damaging the fabric.
- Explanation: Like many natural fabrics, silk may shrink slightly (usually within 3–5%) after the first wash.
- Solution: This is within the acceptable standard for silk products. Following the correct washing instructions (cold water, gentle detergent, air dry) will minimize shrinkage.
- Explanation: Harsh detergents, direct sunlight, or high-temperature drying can cause silk to fade.
- Solution: Always use a silk-specific detergent and dry in the shade. If fading occurs, it is often related to incorrect after-care rather than product quality.
- Explanation: Silk is a fine weave and can snag if it comes into contact with sharp objects (jewelry, zippers, rough nails).
- Solution: Minor snags can sometimes be carefully adjusted back into place. We recommend handling silk with care to avoid pulling.
If your product shows damage beyond the above natural characteristics or care issues (e.g., large holes, torn seams, severe dye problems upon arrival), please contact our customer service team with photos. We will provide after-sales support, including return or exchange solutions.
