It's easy to find out where your Silk THX order is. Just click on 'Your Account' at the top of any page, sign in, and go to 'Order History.' which will show you whether your order has been dispatched, or is still waiting to be sent.
If you can't find your order on our system, it may be that you did'’t place it successfully. Click 'View Cart' at the top of any page to see if your goods are still there. If they are, click 'Proceed to Checkout' and place your order.

How do I modify the items in my order?

Contact service@thxilk.com as early as possible to make the changes. Please be noted that one can not make changes to the order once the order ships.

How do I cancel or change an order?

The first thing to do is send us an email service@thxilk.com with all the necessary information or give us a call (email is preferred) stating you wish to cancel your order.Most of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund.Unfortunately, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled.Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us for return/exchange. You will have to be responsible for the postage required to send the original item to our collection warehouse. Is silk easy to care?

Absolutely! Choose a detergent designed for use on silk (we recommend pH-neutral liquid detergent). It’s important that you use a detergent that doesn’t contain enzymes or bleach that will damage your silk pillowcase. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. When it comes to drying silk, air drying is ideal.

How to hand wash silk at home?

Hand washing is always the best and safest method for washing silk.1.Fill a basin with cold water under 30℃/86°F.2.Add a decent amount of detergent in cool water. Use gentle or special detergent for silk.DO NOT use alkali or soap detergent. DO NOT use bleach on silk. Wrong detergents are destructive to silk fabrics.3.Soak your silk item within 5 minutes. Otherwise, it will damage the protein fibers of the silk. If there is a stain, deal with the stain by using a tiny amount of white vinegar.4.Massage the silk item gently to remove odors and stains.5.Rinse the silk item under the clean water till it runs clear, and all the detergent soap suds have been washed out.6.Use a towel to soak up most of the water. DO NOT twist or wring the item.7.Hang dry. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry in the direct sunlight.

How to get wrinkles out of silk?

The silk fabric is very smooth, but it also develops wrinkles when not stored properly. Getting them out can be quite challenging because of the delicate nature of the material. So, let's see how wrinkles in silk clothes can be smoothened easily without damaging the fabric.- Hang the silk pajamas on the cloth hanger.- Turn on the garment steamer and select “silk” mode.- Gently pull on the edges of the clothes.- Spray the front and back of the cloth.- Don’t directly tough the clothes to avoid high temperature damagr.- It only takes a few seconds to instandly smooth the wrinkles.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Free Standard shipping free within US States and most all country. Orders expedited shipped to US are a flat rate of $15.99 and order over $250 qualify for free expedited shipping. However, for remote areas, there might be additional shipping charge because the delivery services are only limited to certain carriers which make the package hard to deliver in some countries.Please kindly note that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

My Package went missing. Help!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the courier has marked the package as “Delivered.” However, we'd be happy to assist you with your lost order. Please check with your household members or neighbors to see if anyone may have received the package. This is usually how they find their packages at last.

How do I make a return?

Return Policy1. A return must be requested within 30 days, starting from the day the item is delivered.2. Merchandise must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unused, unwashed, all tags attached).3. When will I be refunded?

For non-defect returns, we will reimburse for the price of goods only. Can I return only top or bottom of the pajamas?

We are sorry that we do not accept returns or exchanges of only pajamas' top or bottom. We can not divide pajamas to top and bottom in different sizes. We suggest that you could try our customization service if you prefer a different size in top and bottom.

How do I return or exchange my item if I can not print the form?

If you can not download the return form, just put a paper that note your return items, your email, your order number with the returned package.

Why do I still not get my refund yet?

Please send your shipment receipt and send us the tracking number via email too so we can follow up with the carrier if it goes missing. Your return&exchange process might be delayed if you don't send the tracking information.In addition, we need to confirm the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund. But the checking process is limited because of COVID-19. Please send us emails if you wanna a quick refund. We will notice our warehouse to check packages.
