How to Initiate A Return

Return Policy
1. A return must be requested within 30 days, starting from the day the item is delivered.
2. Merchandise must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unused, unwashed, all tags attached).
3. If your order is eligible for a return, please reach out to providing the order number.
4. Please return your package within 7 days once you receive the return address by email. In case of special circumstances, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, your return requests will not be accepted.
1.Pre-paid return labels are offered only for a damaged or defective item or delivery mistakes
2. We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.
3. Items that appear to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the items will be returned to you.
4.All clearance, customized, monogrammed items and face masks are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We only replace items which are defective or damaged within 30 days since you receive them.
When the return is received at our warehouse and checked in, the refund will be processed. A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original card
