Refund Policy
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
- If your order meets the return conditions, please contact support@thxsilk.com with your order number.
- After receiving the return address via email, please ship the package back within 7 days. If there are special circumstances, please inform us in advance; otherwise, the return request will not be accepted.
- Prepaid return labels are only provided for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- If items appear worn and/or washed, or are not in their original/resellable condition, the refund may be delayed or denied. In such cases, the items will be returned to you.
- Sale items, custom-made items, monogrammed items, and face masks are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
