How to initiate a return
Return Policy
1. Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item.
2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused, unworn, unwashed, all labels attached)
3. If your order is eligible for return, please contact support@thxsilk.com and provide the order number.
4. Please return the package within 7 days after receiving the return address in the email. In case of special circumstances, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, we will not accept your return application.
2. We do not accept returns that have not been processed and submitted first.
3. If the item appears to have been worn and/or washed, and is not in original/saleable condition, this may result in a delay in refund, or may not qualify for a refund. In this case, the goods will be returned to you.
4. All clearance, custom, lettered items and face masks are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange
We only replace items that are defective or damaged within 30 days of your receipt.
Refund
We will process the refund once the return arrives at the warehouse and is processed for storage. Refunds will be issued to the original card within 3 to 5 business days
