I haven’t woken up overheated or sweating once since I switched to this duvet insert. It’s plenty warm even for pnw winters, and paired with a linen duvet cover it’s wonderful for temperature regulation.

For future reference however I will say I will go up higher in the momme. I have boys lol and I’m not entirely sure how long this fitted sheet will last lol but I will possibly try a 30 if not higher ! And compare the durability, to see which one works best for me/us.
