Do you offer free samples before I place a bulk order?
We firmly believe the quality of our Grade 6A silk speaks for itself. While we do not provide free samples, we highly encourage you to purchase individual items through our online boutique at standard retail price to evaluate the material before committing to a volume partnership.
Can I return or exchange items from a corporate order?
Due to the customized nature and volume of our VIP pricing tiers, all corporate and bulk orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for our standard 30-Night Sleep Trial. We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
Is shipping free for volume orders?
Our standard retail free shipping offers do not apply to volume orders. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on total weight, volume, and destination. Your account manager will provide a transparent freight quote along with your pricing.
Brand Protection Policy
Please note that purchasing through our Corporate Gifting & VIP program does not grant the right to resell THXSILK products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.) or unauthorized retail websites. All wholesale partnerships are subject to a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) agreement to protect the integrity of the brand.
