Who can participate?
The THXSILK Customer Story Program is open to customers who have purchased and used an eligible THXSILK product.
How is my reward amount determined?
Your reward amount is based on the THXSILK product featured in your approved video submission. Please refer to the reward tiers above for current amounts.
Can I choose between a refund and a gift card?
Yes. When submitting your video, you can choose either a Partial Refund or a THXSILK Gift Card as your preferred reward type.
What happens after I submit my video?
Our team will review your submission to make sure it meets the program guidelines. Once approved, we will arrange the applicable reward based on the product featured in your video.
Do I need to appear on camera?
No. Appearing or speaking on camera is optional. Your video simply needs to clearly feature your THXSILK product and show your genuine experience.
