To ensure you receive your luxury silk as quickly as possible, THXSILK utilizes a smart global fulfillment strategy. Whether your order is dispatched from our US West Coast distribution center or sent directly from our artisan workshop in Suzhou, we handle every detail for you.
1. Why You Might Receive Multiple Packages
To avoid unnecessary delays, we may split your shipment at our own expense. If an item is out of stock in the US, it will be shipped directly from our primary workshop. You will receive separate tracking numbers, ensuring you can start enjoying your silk sooner.
2. All-Inclusive Pricing: No Hidden Fees or Duties
We believe a luxury shopping experience should be entirely stress-free. THXSILK covers all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for your order. Unlike other international brands, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no unexpected bills from customs or carriers upon delivery. We take care of the paperwork and the costs, so you can simply focus on the comfort of your new silk.

The delivery time does not include the required processing time. (which is usually 2 working days)
If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.
Shipping fees may vary for remote areas. Additional charges may apply to certain regions (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote islands, and other international destinations). We will contact you via email if extra shipping costs are required before dispatch.
Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).
Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.

A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
