We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags attached. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions.

After receiving the return instructions, please ship the package within 7 days. If additional time is needed, please contact us in advance for assistance.

Return Instructions

Returns must be authorized by our Customer Care Team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Prepaid return labels are only provided for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or shipping error.

If your order was protected by Seel Worry-Free Purchase, you may be eligible to submit a claim for return shipping reimbursement directly through Seel.

Items returned in used, washed, damaged, altered, or non-resellable condition may be subject to a delayed refund, partial refund, or denial of the return request. If a return is not approved after inspection, the item may be returned to the customer.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Custom-made items
  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Face masks

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or shipping error on our part.
