A soft weightless silky cloud around me

This is like a soft weightless silky cloud around me. Its perfect. Im so enamored. The hardest part is finding a duvet cover in the same dimensions to protect it, that is as luscious to feel and doesnt weigh this duvet down. Still searching for a cover worthy of this indulgent duvet. I wish Silk Camel made one, Id be even more delighted! Were in FL where its humid all year, and Im post-menopause so Im never cold; but we like to be cuddled under a cover thats soft against our skin. This is that for me.

Much better than its competitor

I purchased both the summer season of this and Lilysilk's all season. So that I have one thin enough for summer and one thick enough for other seasons. This one's silk quality is much better than Lilysilk's. They are much smoother to touch. Also Silk Camel's cover is a much softer kind of cotton.. sleeping in them is like cloud. You get what you pay for. I hope they also have an all season one so customers don't need to buy 3-4 different comforters for all seasons.

Best comforter ever!

I got this silk comforter 3 weeks ago and now its finally cool enough to use it. OMG I cant believe how soft and light it is! It feels like Im beneath clouds! It also keeps me warm. Totally worth the money!

I bought it with the matching comforter cover and what a smart decision! The tie strings and hoops keep the comforter in place and its exactly what I need!

Super soft

This comforter is so beautiful! It is very light weight. We live in a Florida so I think it will be ideal year round. The weight of the silk fill is really nice. The cotton cover is a beautiful true white and it is so soft. Our mattress is very thick so I purchased the x king for a regular king size bed and it drapes over both sides nicely.

Great temp control when sleeping - weight of a quilt.

Saying lightweight can be interpreted differently. As far as temperature, I would say lightweight. I'm using it in summer with a/c on. As far as the feeling with the comforter over you - I would say medium weight - more like the weight of a quilt. It is not as "light", fluffy as down or synthetic fill. I think the nature of the silk does not allow it to be as fluffy. That said, for me even though I love the fluff of down, this cover keeps me at the right temperature all night which I have been searching for. I think I can adjust to the flatter, slightly heavier feel.

Care Instruction

-Hand wash is recommended and machine wash is also possible but not multiple times.
-Machine-washable in lukewarm water (30℃) on most gentle cycle available.
-Wash different colors and fabric separately.
-Turn your silk item inside out and place it in a mesh bag to avoid the shearing and tearing of silk fibers.
-Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
-Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.
-Tumble dry on a cool setting if using drying machine. Avoid drying for extended period of time.
-Iron when slightly damp using a cool setting. Always iron on the inside.
Note: 7A, 6A, 5A silk comforters aren't included.
