First time owning silk sheets Love them, and have had time to go back
I originally only received the pillow cases for this. Then, I received the fitted sheet but instead of a top sheet, I got a toddler's fitted sheet. When I reached out to have it fixed, I was told I couldn't be sent my correct order until I mailed back the toddler's sheet. Once I did that, I requested an additional matching pillowcase since I'd now dealt with multiple incorrect deliveries and still hadn't received my full set almost a month later. I was told that I could receive a pillowcase in a different color as an apology but could not have one that matched.
I've finally received all parts of my package and again, the sheets are very good quality, but I'm a bit frustrated by the customer service.
Super comfortable! The only sheets I buy.
Works great so far had it for 2 weeks sleep is improved, but the extra fee for delivery when shipped is way more then expected

-Machine-washable in lukewarm water (30℃) on most gentle cycle available.
-Wash different colors and fabric separately.
-Turn your silk item inside out and place it in a mesh bag to avoid the shearing and tearing of silk fibers.
-Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
-Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.
-Tumble dry on a cool setting if using drying machine. Avoid drying for extended period of time.
-Iron when slightly damp using a cool setting. Always iron on the inside.
Note: 7A, 6A, 5A silk comforters aren't included.
