    Impossible to gift. Untrustworthy delivery times.

    Stay away from THXSILK. They do not answer their emails and they do not care about customers.
    They do not honor delivery times. I paid for expedited shipping for 3-5 business days.
    We're 3 weeks past my order and the items are still in transit and won't arrive on time for my event.
    Instead of being proud of my gift, I must spend again on a different one or go empty handed.
    The items were out of stock and they did not even send an email of warning.

    My order arrived on time and well packaged. The duvet cover was in a nice package. The color was exactly what I ordered and the duvet cover fitted perfectly.     I purchased this comforter for a spare bedroom. It looks great and feels soft but has not been used yet.

    It is a quality product. The color is beautiful, just like in the picture. I ordered grey. The stitching looks nice, no threads sticking out. It has a zipper closure at the foot end of it and it has ties in each corner. The cover looks luxurious and is worth the money. Im keeping it.
