Democratic Governance
Taihu Snow places great emphasis on its employees' rights to participate, express, and supervise. The establishment of a trade union and the creation of systems such as the Democratic Consultation System and the Employee Representative Congress System truly protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees. For significant matters and policies related to company reform, operational decisions, and employees' vital interests, the Company solicits feedback from employee representatives through regular meetings of the Employee Representative Congress, staff discussions, and individual conversations. These platforms facilitate the gathering of employee representatives' feedback and suggestions, and enable thorough discussion, review, and voting on significant issues and policies. Furthermore, we have established multiple communication channels such as suggestion boxes and bulletin boards, encouraging employees to actively and independently contribute to the critique and improvement of our management systems, reinforcing democratic oversight and administration. We also regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys, listening to the voices and demands of employees from various dimensions such as the company's management system, work atmosphere, corporate culture, etc. Based on the results of the surveys, we continually refine our management practices to enhance the work environment.
Case: Offering Outstanding Positions for Young Job Seekers
From August to December 2023, Suzhou organized 128 targeted recruitment events, such as Graduate and Doctorate Talent Matchmaking Fairs, Entrepreneurial Mentorship "Four Engagements, Four Inquiries," and Talent Night Markets, providing more grounded and accessible employment connection platforms for young individuals. The initiative has launched a direct channel between companies and students facing challenges, facilitating a precise allocation of talents to businesses through government and corporate collaboration. Since going public, Taihu Snow has been actively expanding its talent pool in research and development, branding, new retail, and global supply chains. Beyond providing 60 roles across 10 categories specifically designed for recent graduates, the Company has also outlined a strategy for the next three years to recruit at least 100 outstanding university students for reserve managerial roles, prioritizing individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. This initiative aims to alleviate the shortage of professionals within the silk industry.

Taihu Snow strictly abides by laws and regulations such as the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the Fire Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Safe Management of Hazardous Chemicals, and the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Hygiene in Workplaces. We have developed standards and systems including the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Manual to consistently improve our occupational health and safety management system, and employed multiple measures to ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees. As of the end of 2023, the Company has been certified under the Sedex social responsibility management system, achieved ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, and passed the Level 3 standardization audit for industrial and commercial enterprise safety production.
Health Risk Control
We identify, evaluate, and control occupational health hazards on a regular basis. During the reporting period,
we conducted and passed the ASD occupational disease hazard detection, and provided our employees with necessary labor protection equipment and facilities based on actual needs.
Occupational Health Examination
We routinely organize occupational health examinations for our employees, creating health monitoring records and continuously monitoring their health status.
Health and Safety Training
We conduct various types of regular and ad-hoc training sessions on occupational safety and health. Safety inspections and emergency drills are organized as a normal part of our operations to enhance employees' awareness and capabilities regarding health and safety protection.
Mental Health Awareness
The emotional and psychological welfare of our employees is a priority. The "THX Warm Little Snow" initiative serves as a platform for employees to share their feelings and receive timely support. We also promote employee engagement in Social Psychological Service Training, with four staff members achieving certification as Basic Workers in Suzhou Community Psychological Services.

In alignment with our organizational development plan and the training regulations outlined in the Employee Handbook, we consistently enhance the construction of our existing training system. We aim to refine our comprehensive training for all staff and across all systems, developing a multidimensional training curriculum that includes new employee training, leadership development, and critical position training. This approach is designed to support the holistic development of our employees.
We have established the Jinxiu Academy to foster the development of specialized silk professionals, contributing to the progress of the silk industry. The academy offers relevant training and education to broaden understanding of silk culture and craftsmanship, aiming to elevate the overall industry standards. In this manner, we can both preserve and promote silk culture, while providing talent support for the Company's development.
New Employee Training
The Human Resources Department and department leaders serve as the primary trainers. The Human Resources Department is responsible for presenting and training on the Company's brand stories, personnel regulations, and basic product knowledge, and organizes online tests. Department leaders take charge of mentoring new employees in their professional skills. New employees will report their work at the monthly department meetings following their onboarding.
Leadership training
Leadership training is conducted in adherence to the "4E+1P" model, which emphasizes vision (Envision), courage (Engage), charisma (Energize), capability (Enable), and discipline (Principle). Additionally, we emphasize the importance of ingraining corporate culture within these training sessions, ensuring that our management team deeply understands and aligns with the core essence of the Company's mission, vision, and values.
Key Position Training
Specialized skill training sessions are conducted for critical departments such as product design and development, as well as market operations, to ensure employees acquire all necessary skills and expertise required for their roles.
